I’m Josh Cleveland, owner and hands-on craftsman behind Cleveland Craft Design + Build. With 20+ years experience in design and construction, I handle every step myself—from the first sketch and permit set to the final punch list. One person, one promise, one clean jobsite. With a focus on design & planning, home additions, kitchen and bath renovations, trim carpentry & custom cabinetry, outdoor living, agricultural & storage buildings, and general handyman services.

I prioritize durable materials, proven methods, and a tidy, respectful jobsite. You’ll always know what’s next because I communicate directly and document progress with photos and updates.

I’m based in Knoxville, Tn and proudly serve Greater Knoxville and surrounding areas, bringing design–build efficiency—one point of contact, start to finish—to each project. Licensed, Insured, and bonded, I stand behind the craftsmanship and the experience I deliver.
